The Autostrada A7 in Italy is a highway featured in both installments of Euro Truck Simulator series (a.k.a. ETS 1 and ETS 2).
The A7 forms the main road from Milano to places further south. In ETS 1, it forms part of the way to Rome (with A1 taking over after a distance), while in ETS 2 it "terminates" at the junction with A21, which heads west towards Torino.
As with most inter-city highways in Italy, the A7 is tolled. While there's only one toll gate on the A7 in-game, a ticketing system is still employed. The other toll gate paired with the A7 one is at the western end of A21. The toll to pay, in-game, is €16.

The ETS 2 modding package ProMods extended the road to Genoa, which is the city at the southern end of the A7 in real-life.
