An the A1 in St. Valentin, there is a garage, and north of the A1, is a truck stop.

In Unterweitersdorf at the S10, there is a Posped depot. Facilities there include a gas station and a service shop.

Further east along the A1, there is a Domdepo depot.

The A1 runs east-west to the south of the city connecting it with Salzburg and Wien. To the west of Linz, the A8 and A9 intersect A1 and run towards Germany to the north and Graz to the south.
