Kiel is a city located in northern Germany, featured in German Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is the northernmost featured city in Germany (as well as the European continent before the release of Euro Truck Simulator 2: Scandinavia)

Landmarks Edit

The only known landmarks of Kiel are the Hochhauscenter, the Port of Kiel and the Town Hall.

Features Edit

Three companies have depots in Kiel, including Euro Goodies, Posped and Stokes.

A garage, a hotel and a service shop are present in Kiel

Connections Edit

The north-south Bundesautobahn 7, part of the E45 Euroroute, passes Kiel to the west, but more direct connections to the city are provided by Bundesautobahnen 210 and 215. The city's main entrance directly connects the latter.

Before the release of Euro Truck Simulator 2: Scandinavia, Kiel is the northernmost featured city on the European continent, and the A7 does not go further north. With the Scandinavia expansion enabled, the E45 north of Germany is introduced, and truckers can travel into Denmark from Kiel.

Meanwhile, the first city south of Kiel is Hamburg, and Hannover can be reached further down the A7.

A minor road goes southeast from Kiel towards Rostock and Magdeburg.
