Košice is the biggest city in eastern Slovakia, and the second biggest in the whole country after the capital, Bratislava. It is situated on the river Hornád (which is featured in the game), at the eastern reaches of the Slovak Ore Mountains, and near the border with Hungary.
In the game, the city is divided into two parts. The city centre is to the northeast, while a chemical industries' zone (including the BCP and ITCC depots) is located in the southwest.
