The only known landmarks of Page are the Colorado River and the Glen Canyon Dam. To the south of the city drivers also can cross the Waterholes Canyon.
The city features a Bitumen construction site, a Gallon Oil refinery, an HMS Machinery depot, a Wallbert supermarket and a Wallbert depot. Truckers also can find there a gas station and a service shop.
Page is connected to other cities by two roads:
- The United States Route 89 enters the city from south and goes to Flagstaff and Grand Canyon Village.
- The Arizona State Route 98 runs down southeast linking the city with Kayenta via the US 160.
