Salzburg is a city in northwestern Austria. It is featured in German Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Landmarks Edit

The known landmarks of Salzburg that can be found in the games are the Hohensalzburg castle, the Salzach river and several churches: The Salzburg Cathedral, the Church of Christ, the Collegiate Church and the Franciscan Church.

Features Edit

Euro Goodies, Sanbuilders and Transinet have depots in the city, and an E-Acres farm is just outside the city to the south. In addition, a Stein Bruch quarry is to the south of the Salzburg, near the intersection of two minor roads.

Facilities present in Salzburg include a garage, a hotel, a recruitment agency, a service shop and a small DAF truck dealer. There's also a gas station at the A1 near the city.

Connections Edit

Salzburg is located at the Autobahn A1. Two main roads from the city connect directly to the A1, on which one can reach München, Germany to the northwest and Linz and Wien to the east.

In addition, a minor road starts in Salzburg, running towards Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Another minor road branches off of this one and links it with A12 near Innsbruck.
