Slovakia (Slovak: Slovensko) is an accessible country that first appeared in Euro Truck Simulator 2, notable for its simple structure.
Until the beginning of 1993, the country was united with the Czech Republic as Czechoslovakia.
Accessible Cities
The capital, Bratislava, is the only accessible city in Euro Truck Simulator 2 base game. Two more cities are introduced in the Going East DLC.

Roads
There are two classes of highways in Slovakia:
- Diaľnica (Motorways)
- Rýchlostná cesta (Expressways)
There are totally three Diaľnica and one Rýchlostná cesta featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2. Interestingly, Slovak motorways use Czech-styled icons in the game.

Only D2 and D4 run up to national borders. All other cross-border traffic must go through minor roads, which go towards the following places respectively: (Clockwise starting from the west)

- Hungary (Debrecen)
- Hungary (Budapest)
