Should in-game cities that contain more than one actual cities (for example, Paris v1.26 contains Paris, Poissy and Gonesse) split in two/more parts? For an example, see Paris (Metropolitan Area) and Paris (city).

Other similar situations in ETS 2:
1. Hull under Grimsby (base game)
2. Harwich under Felixstowe (base game)
3. IJmuiden under Amsterdam (base game)
4. Europoort under Rotterdam (base game)
5. Gdynia under Gdansk (Going East)
6. Verko under Karlskrona (Scandinavia)
7. Drammen under Oslo (Scandinavia)
IMHO the answer would depend on how much in-game information will be put in respective articles.
For Paris's case, surely it is larger than Luxembourg (the country), and I do agree creating articles specifically for Poissy and Gonesse if the game features them enough (for the cases I mentioned above, Drammen is the only place not to have an in-game sign mentioning it, yet the structures there make it easily recognizable).
I am now ready to include ETS 1 or ETS 2 (before v1.26) information of Paris. But seriously, which page should I put the stuff in?
Before ETS 2 v1.26 the rendered area represents the city only, but you have redirected the original "Paris" page to the metropolitan area page. IMHO putting the history under the "metropolitan area" page doesn't make much sense.
Such kind of confusion is the primary reason that I don't really agree with the changes you have made.
